About the Project

The Aspire Apollo project is the first phase of a three-phase, mixed-use, multifamily, transit-oriented Apollo developmentÌýin Camp Springs, MD. This transient-oriented development is located at Capital Gateway Boulevard and Telfair Drive in Prince George’s County. Being directly adjacent to the Branch Avenue Metrorail Station at the end of the Green Line, it has direct access to 13 stops within the District of Columbia.Ìý Further, this site is part of a larger Apollo multi-family portfolio that includes another, multi-phased, transient-oriented site in neighboring Largo, MD.Ìý Ìý

Real Estate DevelopmentÌý

Îçҹ̽»¨Íø Real Estate Development co-developed and co-owned the Apollo Apartments with Peter N.G. Schwartz Management Company.  Aspire was to be developed to include 417 Class A apartment units wrapped around a 690-stall parking garage. The property includes a fully equipped wellness club, media room, pet spa, internet café and swimming pool with lush landscaping throughout the 7.7-acre site.  The unit mix for the project consists of 197 one-bedroom units, 191 two-bedroom units and 29 three-bedroom units, totaling approximately 418,264 of rentable apartment space or approximately 1,003 sf of unit size on average. Once the third phase, consisting of a new retail center and office space is complete, this development will create an urban town center development adjacent to the Branch Avenue Metro Station. Îçҹ̽»¨ÍøÌýReal EstateÌýDevelopment is responsible for allÌýreal estateÌýdevelopment management services necessary to complete entitlements, design and construction activities to allow for tenant occupancy. The total Real Estate Development value of this project is $94,218,000.Ìý
